Tamil National Alliance (TNA) MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam has been barred from attending in anti-government protests for 14 days, by Kalawanchikudy Magistrate Court. The Kalawanchikudy Police had obtained this order from the Court, citing Rasamanickam was to engage in anti-government protests that could cause massice inconvenience for the people in the area. The Court order was handed over to the MP today by the Police.
