Janaki Siriwardane, a prominent figure in Colombo circles and the Chief Executive Officer of One Transworks Square (Pvt.) Ltd has been released on bail by the courts today. She was arrested in connection to the financial crimes allegedly committed by fraudster Thilini Priyamali. Siriwardane is also the wife of popular local artist Jananatha Warakagoda.

Siriwardane has been accused of aiding and abetting Priyamali by connecting her with prominent businessmen in the country so that she could defraud them.
