The Western Province Governor’s Office will introduce a quick response special operations unit, titled ‘Tell the Governor Hotline’, on 2 December 2024.

The initiative aims to enhance public services by providing a direct channel for citizens to voice grievances, share views, and suggest policy improvements. Additionally, the hotline will allow the public to report discrepancies, prompting necessary action from the Governor’s Office.
