The Road Development Authority (RDA) plans to assess damage caused to roads and bridges by the recent adverse weather.

Director General S. M. P. Suriyabandara said that a special team has been appointed to carry out the assessment.

He also said that immediate action will be taken to repair the damaged infrastructure once the evaluation is complete.
