JHU Ends Crucial Central Committee Meeting: "Decision Was Made On Behalf Of The Country" - Rathana Thera

The Jathika Hela Urumaya, a key constituent party of the UPFA government, concluded a crucial Central Committee meeting a shot while ago - which decided upon its continuation in the government. 

Speaking to our reporter soon after the meeting, Athuraliye Rathana Thera, Parliamentary group leader of the JHU, said a firm decision was made on behalf of the country. 
 
Rathana Thera further added that the decision would be kept under the wraps for the moment and a public announcement would be made tomorrow at a press conference. 
 
However, unofficial sources of the party told Asian Mirror that the JHU decided to distance itself from the UPFA government. However, this has not yet been officially confirmed by the party.
