Ramith Rambukwella’s House Broken Into, USD Stolen

Narahenpita Police have launched an investigation following a complaint that cash and valuable items were stolen from the residence of former cricketer Ramith Rambukwella, son of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

According to the complaint, the theft occurred after an unidentified person or group allegedly broke into an apartment in a residential complex in Narahenpita, where Rambukwella is said to have been residing.

The stolen items reportedly included USD 4,275, Rs. 1.4 million in Sri Lankan currency, valuable household appliances and several other items.

Narahenpita Police have launched an extensive investigation to identify and arrest those responsible for the alleged theft.
