The United National Front for Good Governance released its election manifesto titled “A New Country in 60 Months: Five Point Plan” a short while ago.
The manifesto indicates the policy of the UNP-led front for the next five years. Its five points are growing the economy, fighting corruption, enshrining freedoms for all, investing in infrastructure and improving the education system
UNP stalwarts including Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe attended the ceremony to launch the manifesto along with several prominent figures who recently defected from the UPFA to form the UNGFF.
