JVP Puttalam team leader Samantha Koralearachchi was arrested for illegally entering Chilaw Hospital and distributing leaflets earlier today.

Another individual, B. M. Ranmanika, was also arrested along with Koralearachchi, Police Media Unit told Asian Mirror. They were to be produced before the Magistrate's Court.

Koralearachchi, the Convener of Puttalame Janatha Handa (Puttalam People's Voice) organization, is a gradualte of the Moratuwa University. He is a Central Committee Member of the JVP.
