Kodikara Blames Police For Obstructing Him At Presidential Commission (AUDIO)

UPFA Provincial Councilor Upali Kodikara was arrested for allegedly obstructing the police and was remanded until October 23.

Speaking to Asian Mirror recently, Kodikara said that he, along with some others, was prevented from entering the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges at BMICH on October 16 by police without no legal grounds.

The police was wrong in trying to stop them entering, he said.
