Dunesh Priyashantha alias Kondaya was released in a case at the Attanagalle Magistrate’s Court in connection with a case of stealing cattle, after he was produced before the court today.

Attanagalle Magistrate Kavindya Nanayakkara released the suspect from the case as it had been concluded for lack of evidence.

However, Priyashantha is due to appear at the Gampaha Magistrate’s Court for another case tomorrow.

On Monday (19), Priyashantha was released in the case regarding the murder of a five-year-old in Kotadeniyawa, based on DNA evidence.
