The National Freedom Front members launched a protest today near the Homagama courts over the arrest of military personnel over the disappearance of Prageeth Eknaligoda.

The protests was spearheaded by the NFF 'Ranaviru Matha' organization.

Protesters said that the government was releasing former LTTE activists while prosecuting members of the armed forces.

The CID recently arrested several military personnel in connection to the investigation on Eknaligoda's disappearance in January 2010.
