Traffic will be restricted in Maharagama-Piliyandala Road from 16th December to 23rd December, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to ongoing maintenance, Police Headquarters said.
Police requested motorists and pedestrians to use alternative routes to avoid inconvenience during the mentioned period of time.
Therefore, Police suggests that motorists who travel towards Maharagama to take the Colombo-Horana main road and turn from Katuwawala to the Maharagama Cancer Hospital Road.
In addition, motorists could also take the 255 Piliyandala-Kottawa bus route. Alternatively, motorists could also turn from Kottawa-Maharagama Road from Digana Junction and reach the High Level Road at Moraketiya, police said.
