Former Embilipitiya ASP DWC Dharmaratne was brought to the Emilipitiya Magistrate's Court this morning.

On February 3, he was remanded by the Embilipitiya Magistrate's Court over the death of 29-year-old Sumith Prasanna Jayawardena in Embilipitiya last month.

The CID arrested the former ASP six days after the Magistrate ordered his arrest.
