The funeral of veteran lyricist and former journalist Dr. Ajantha Ranasinghe will be held tomorrow at the Borella Cemetery.

Ranasinghe passed away yesterday while undergoing treatment at the Colombo National Hospital. He was 75 at the time of his demise.

He was a former newspaper journalist with the Lake House and was better known for a number of songs he had written in Sinhalese.
