Southern Provincial Council Fisheries Minister D.V. Upul surrendered to Tissamaharama police today morning.

He was wanted by police over assault incident at President’s College Debarawewa on 5th March.

He was arrested and will be presented to Tissamaharama Magistrate’s Court today.
