Uduwe Dhammaloka Thera, who was arrested by the CID over the alleged possession of a baby elephant without a valid license, was brought to the Colombo Magistrate's Courts a short while ago.

He was arrested in relation to the investigation regarding a baby elephant that was discovered at the Alan Mathiniyaramaya in Polhengoda in January 2015.
