Two new deputy ministers and one state minister were appointed by the President today.

UPFA MP Manusha Nanayakkara was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Employment and UNP MP Palitha Thewarapperuma was appointed as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, North Western Development and Culture.

Lakshman Seneviratne was appointed State Minister for Science and Technology.
