The Finance Ministry has made a blunder through a recent newspaper advertisement, the National Movement for Consumer Rights Protection said.

The newspaper advertisement was published to point out that prices of consumer goods has reduced from 2014 to 2016.

However, some of the prices listed in the newspaper article are higher than the maximum retail prices gazetted in November 2015, the NMCRP pointed out.
