Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa responded to the arrest of his eldest son UPFA MP Namal Rajapaksa a short while ago.

"If they think they can stop me doing politics by accusing me and arresting my children, they are seeing a mirage" Mahinda Rajapaksa said on his Facebook Page.

Namal Rajapaksa was arrested earlier in the day by the FCID over an alleged misplacement of Rs 70 million.
