Naval personnel attached to the North Central Naval Command apprehended two persons who were transporting 3 kg of Kerala Cannabis in the general area of Mundranpiddi on Friday.

The arrested persons along with the haul of cannabis were produced to the Mannar Police Narcotic Unit for onward action.

On receipt of information by the Naval Intelligence Team with the assistance of Excise Officers of the Point Pedro arrested a person who was transporting 4 kg of Kerala Cannabis in the general area of Thirunalweli on 18th.
