The millionaire businessman kidnapped in Kotelawala Mawatha in Bambalapitiya on the night of August 21 has been murdered.

Police discovered the body of Mohammed Suleiman from Rukulegama in Mawanella last night.

It is suspected that his body has been dumped in the area after he was murdered at a different location.

The post mortem will be held today by the Mawanella JMO. Seven police teams have been assigned to investigate the murder.
