Netherlands has agreed to provide support for  Sri Lanka to conduct research activities necessary for prevention of kidney disease in the country.

Accordingly, a research report was submitted to President Maithripala Sirisena by a Netherlands special medical team, at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (13).

The Netherlands Ambassador Joanne Doornewaard presented the research report to the President.
