Two protests have created heavy traffic in Colombo and the suburbs today.

A group of Samurdhi officers started a protest near the Parliament Circus which created heavy traffic in the area and in Battaramulla.

Meanwhile, a protest march by the Inter University Student Federation got underway from the Kelaniya University and is now moving towards Colombo. Heavy traffic is reported towards Colombo from Peliyagoda.
