Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera yesterday attended the funeral home of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s sister Gandini Rajapaksa.

Gandini Rajapaksa passed away yesterday at the age of fifty-eight.

Final rites will be held this evening.

The Foreign Affairs Minister and the former President were previously allies of the same camp, but fell out in 2010.
