Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa's Sister In Law Passes Away In Texas

Dr. Yatendra Rajapaksa, sister in law of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, passed away in the US. 

She is the wife of Dudley Rajapaksa, a younger brother of former President Rajapaksa. 

Born in 1957, Yatendra Ramyakanthie Pererea Rajapaksa was an engineer by training. 

She obtained her Bachelor of Science, in  Civil Engineering from the University Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 1980. Then she received her Master of Science in Civil Engineering from University Oklahoma, 1985. Then she completed her Doctor of Philosophy of Civil Engineering at the University Oklahoma in 1988.

Her family sources say the funeral will be held in Texas.
