Arumugam Thondaman's Body Will Lie At Parliamentary Complex Between 10. 45 And 11 AM Tomorrow

The body of MP Arumugam Thondaman will lie at the Parliamentary complex between 10. 45 and 11 AM tomorrow (28) for final respects.

Thondaman represented Parliament since 1994 and led the Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) since 1999.

The former Minister passed away last night from a heart attack after he was admitted to Thalangama Hospital today.

The former Cabinet Minister of Livestock and Rural Community Development is the grandson of politician Savumiamoorthy Thondaman, and was an old boy of Royal College, Colombo.

He was 56 years old at the time of his demise.
