US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Donald Lu, is set to visit Sri Lanka as part of his tour to India and Bangladesh from May 10 to 15.

The trip aims to bolster bilateral cooperation and demonstrate US commitment to a free, open, and prosperous Indo-Pacific region.

Assistant Secretary Lu will engage with officials across the political spectrum in Colombo.
