Former President's Secretary Lalith Weeratunga was summoned to the police Financial Crimes Investigations Division on Monday (27).

Weeratunga is being questioned over a financial transaction at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.

Weeratunga was earlier questioned by FCID on April 22. Meanwhile, he was also questioned by CID over the case of missing vehicles from the Presidential Secretariat.

Meanwhile, Former President of the Tourist Development Authority Bhashwara Senanka Gunaratne was also summoned to the FCID.
