February 08, 2016

South Africa Under-19 team was bowled out for a paltry 91 runs by their African neighbors Zimbabwe in their 9th Place Play-off Semi Final played out at Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, this morning.

Opene bowler Richard Ngarava pushed South Africa against the wall in the early overs, removing both openers. South Africa soon found themselves at four for 12, from where they never really recovered.

Rivaldo Moonsamy was the only batsman to offer tangible resistance, scoring 32 runs off 46 balls faced.

Ngarva took 4 for 10 in 9 overs and Rugare Magarira took 2 for 11 in 7.
