Shiranthi Rajapaksa Seeks Two-Week Extension to Appear Before FCID

Shiranthi Rajapaksa, the wife of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who was summoned to appear before the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) today (27), has informed authorities that she is unable to attend due to personal reasons.

Police said she has requested a two-week extension to present herself before the FCID.
