The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) successfully conducted its islandwide digital promotion programme across all districts of Sri Lanka, aimed at encouraging the adoption of digital banking services among customers.
The main event of the nationwide programme was held today at the Peliyagoda Manning Market Complex.
The event was attended by Director of the Payments and Settlements Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, K.V.K. Alwis, Bank of Ceylon Board Member Dr. Amal Ileperuma, and BOC General Manager/Chief Executive Officer Y.A. Jayatilake. Members of the bank’s corporate and executive management, staff, and a large number of customers also participated in the programme.
