Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today (28) ordered the release on bail of three individuals, including Attorney-at-Law Rakitha Rajapakshe, son of former Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe.
Former Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Horana Organiser Charith Abeysinghe and former Civil Aviation Authority Director Aruna Warushahennadige were also granted bail.
The bail order was issued after the Magistrate considered submissions made when the case was taken up before court today.
