SLT-MOBITEL, the National ICT Solutions Provider, extended its support to Sri Lanka’s largest Poson celebration, the iconic Aloka Poojawa (illumination ceremony), which was held at the sacred Mihintale temple premises. Drawing millions of devotees from across the country, that year’s Aloka Poojawa stood as a powerful testament to SLT-MOBITEL’s enduring commitment to preserving Sri Lanka’s spiritual heritage and uniting communities through shared cultural experiences.

Demonstrating the company’s dedication to national values, representatives from SLT-MOBITEL—including Chairman Dr. Mothilal De Silva, CEO Janaka Abeysinghe, COO – Mobitel Sudharshana Geeganage, CMO Prabhath Dahanayake, and Senior GM of eChannelling PLC Isuru Dissanayake—were present at the ceremony. The initiative reflected the company’s broader vision of enriching lives and strengthening community bonds through technology and tradition.
