Softlogic Automobiles target rising tourism sector and transportation industry
Softlogic Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings, sole distributor and marketer of the all-new King Long range of passenger transport vehicles handed over two brand new luxury vehicles to Viluxur Tourism (Pvt) Ltd. at an event organized at The Kingsbury Hotel Colombo. The event was graced by Mr. Kevin Chang - Director Business Development Softlogic Holdings PLC, Mr. Shafraz Fazley - Managing Director and Mr. Cammy Gunasekara - Director of Viluxur Tourism (Pvt) Ltd and Mr. Shehan de Tissera – Head of Operations of Softlogic Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd.

The two brand new King Long XMQ6117Y luxury 45 seater "black beauties" were customized according to Viluxur Tourism's requirements including, luxury interior, in built televisions and DVD players, refrigerator and a PA system. The bus was custom built for the client with specified body colour and branding, customized seat fabric and is fully equipped for the luxury tourism sector. The King Long new bus range embraces the traditional international design with rounded and smooth body line, resulting in a classical look. The interior adopts top notch structure, with split type luggage rack, top interior air duct and front and back molding roof.

Softlogic Automobiles introduced the luxury King Long Bus range end of last year which includes the XMQ6900Y and XMQ6117Y bus models and King Long Kingo Passenger Vans and Mini Vans. The Bus range, which comprise buses of 29, 37, 45, 49 and 59 seats, is powered by latest German technology. The Kingo van is a full option 15-seater passenger van with leather interior and a 2.5L inter cool turbo engine.
