Art of Living Foundation explores collaboration opportunities with Sri Lanka

Chief Trustee of the Art of Living International Foundation, Shri Prasanth S. Nair, called on Secretary to the Prime Minister Pradeep Saputhanthri this morning to discuss potential avenues for collaboration between Sri Lanka and the global organisation.

Nair is currently visiting Sri Lanka to attend the State Vesak celebrations and to brief Sri Lankan authorities on the foundation’s international initiatives.

Discussions between Saputhanthri and Nair focused on exploring new opportunities for cooperation, particularly in the areas of social, economic, and human development in Sri Lanka.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister’s Secretary expressed interest in strengthening engagement with the Bangalore-based foundation to support development efforts in the country.

Founded by peace ambassador, humanitarian, and spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the Art of Living is an international movement operating in over 180 countries.

Nair arrived in Sri Lanka at the invitation of the Buddha Rashmi Vesak Festival Organising Committee and also participated in the Buddha Rashmi Vesak Festival led by Chief Incumbent of the Gangaramaya Temple, Ven. Dr. Kirinde Assaji Thera.
