Events in Sri Lanka this July

Sirus Migration Education, a leading Australia-based migration and education consultancy, has announced its upcoming two-week visit to Sri Lanka this July. The initiative will feature two exclusive in-person events, offering Sri Lankan entrepreneurs and students the opportunity to engage directly with registered migration and education professionals from Australia and New Zealand.

The first event, the New Zealand Entrepreneur Work Visa (Business Visa) Consultation Day, provides a unique platform for Sri Lankan business owners to explore international expansion opportunities through the New Zealand Entrepreneur Work Visa.

Led by Licensed Immigration Adviser Ashani Yapa (Licence No. 202401434), a business migration specialist, the one-on-one consultations will offer direct, reliable, and personalised guidance tailored to each applicant’s goals.

Sessions will be held on 4 and 5 July at the Sirus Migration office in Wennappuwa, followed by further consultations on 11 and 12 July at the Nugegoda office. Attendees will gain detailed insights into the visa requirements, including the minimum investment threshold and the potential pathway to permanent residency within two years. The visa also offers full family migration support and access to free public education for children, making it an attractive option for growth-oriented entrepreneurs.

These consultations are open to owners of small and medium enterprises with viable, scalable business plans who are ready to take their ventures global. Participants will benefit from direct access to a New Zealand-based expert who handles business migration cases daily, ensuring clarity, transparency, and advice with no third-party involvement.

Sirus Migration Education’s second event, the Sirus Migration & Education Open Day, will take place on 12 July at the Nugegoda office. This session will be led by Registered Migration Agent Isuru Yapa, alongside members of the Australian head office team. The event is aimed at students and skilled migrants interested in exploring study and migration options across Australia and New Zealand.

Attendees will receive expert guidance on selecting the right academic pathways, navigating recent changes in migration policy, identifying scholarships and funding opportunities, and understanding visa options — including skilled migration and visitor visas. The event is designed to provide genuine, practical support to those preparing to study, migrate, or invest abroad.

Both events are tailored to meet the evolving needs of Sri Lankans seeking trusted and reliable migration and education pathways. With a strong focus on personalised, face-to-face engagement, Sirus Migration Education offers direct access to licensed professionals with a proven track record of success.
