The case filed against seeking the suspension of Susil Premajayantha and Anura Priyadarshana Yapa holding office as General Secretary of the UPFA and the SLFP respectively, were taken up by the Colombo District Court on Monday August 17.

 

Court ordered that summons be issued by way of substituted service to the defendants. The defendants had not taken cognizance of the enjoining orders issued by court.

 

The summons will be affixed to the doors of the defendants’ houses.
