President To Meet SLFP Parliamentary Team Ahead Of Next Session

President Maithripala Sirisena is to meet SLFP Parliamentary team tomorrow, a day before the next session of Parliament, political reports said.

The President is expected to discuss the role of the SLFP MPs in the Parliament.

Some SLFP Parliamentarians have already made it clear that they will sit in opposition in the next parliamentary session.

This will be the first convening of the parliament after the appointment of the Cabinet and the other Ministers in the national government.
