Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges will record a statement from former President Mahinda Rajapaksa today.

The officials of the commission will record the statement at his residence, reports said.

The statement is to be recorded on the losses incurred by state institutions during the last Presidential Election campaign.
