Two sketches showing the suspects in the murder of former Sunday Leader Editor Lasantha Wickremetunge have been released to the public.

The sketches have been prepared by the CID based on statements by witnesses.

The police have opened three hotlines for the public to provide any information on the suspects. These numbers are: 071 - 8591753, 071 - 8591770, 077 - 3291500.

Wickremetunge was murdered on January 8, 2009.
