The Tourist Police have apprehended a middleman, showcased in a viral social media video, for allegedly exploiting a foreign visitor at a Kalutara dining establishment over a serving of 'Vadai and plain tea'. Authorities have also launched a separate investigation into the eatery's proprietor, as confirmed by the Police Media Spokesperson.
