National People's Power Presents 7-Point Action Plan to Address Easter Attacks

The National People’s Power (NPP) has presented a comprehensive 7-point action plan to Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, addressing the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks. Today, at the Archbishop's official residence in Borella, the NPP handed over proposals aimed at rectifying the perceived inaction by authorities regarding the attacks. The plan coincides with the approaching 5th anniversary of the tragic events on April 21.

The NPP pledges, should they come to power, to pursue legal avenues to ensure justice for victims and their families. Furthermore, they commit to holding accountable all individuals, directly or indirectly involved in the devastating attacks that claimed over 270 lives in Sri Lanka, targeting churches and hotels.
