Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Mujibar Rahman has revealed that around 80 key ministers and MPs are preparing to leave Sri Lanka after the presidential election scheduled for September 21st. Rahman claims that these individuals, once aligned with President Ranil Wickremesinghe, have grown disillusioned with his leadership and have already secured visas for departure.

Rahman criticized Ranil, alleging that many of these politicians now view him as a means to advance his own agenda rather than a supportive leader. He also suggested that the group feels betrayed by Ranil and sees no future with him, prompting their decision to leave.
