Akram Cassim, Managing Partner of Colombo Jewellery Stores, has been elected as the President of the Sri Lanka Gem and Jewellery Association (SLJGA).

The election took place during the Annual General Meeting of the SLJGA held yesterday. Established in 2002, the SLJGA serves as the apex body for the gem and jewellery industry in Sri Lanka.
