A 32-year-old woman has died after being attacked with a sharp weapon in the Technical Junction area of the Keselwatta police division. She succumbed to her injuries shortly after being admitted to the Colombo National Hospital today, October 7.

Her permanent residential address has not yet been revealed .police investigations indicate that the attack occurred from a dispute between the victim and another individual. Police have identified the suspect and the Keselwatta Police are conducting investigations to arrest him.
