President Maithripala Sirisena has not change his stance on the critical issue of naming a Prime Ministerial candidate of the SLFP.

Sirisena reportedly told UPFA party leaders this afternoon that his decision remains the same and no one will appointed as the Prime Ministerial candidate.

This has pushed the Rajapaksa camp back to square one and Rajapaksa is contemplating on contesting separately.
