Former UPFA MP Thenuka Vidanagamage was remanded until July 14, after he surrendered to the Mahiyanganaya Magistrate Courts over an election violation.
He was allegedly involved in an attack on several UNP supporters on June 29. One person was injured in the attack.
Three individuals were arrested over the incident and produced before the magistrate on July 1. Vidanagamage surrendered to the courts today when the case was heard again.
