The Fundamental Rights petition filed by Justice of the Supreme Court Sarath de Abrew will be heard tomorrow.

The Supreme Court bench assigned to hear the petition will comprise of Justice Chandra Ekanayake, Justice Upali Abeyratne and Justice Anil Gunaratne.

Abrew filed the petition yesterday, requesting the Supreme Court to direct that the investigations against him are conducted illegally. The investigations are being conducted by the CID over an alleged assault of a housemaid.

Meanwhile, Sarath abrew surrendered to the Mount Lavinia Magistrate Court a short while ago.
