Roti, Paratha and Short-Eat Prices Increased by Rs. 5

The All-Island Canteen Owners’ Association has decided to increase the prices of flour-based foods, including roti, paratha and short eats, by Rs. 5.

The price increase will take effect from midnight on 29 August, the Association said.

The decision follows a Rs. 17 increase in the price of a kilogramme of wheat flour on the same day.
