Pivithuru Hela Urumaya General Secretary Udaya Gammanpila suffered a fall on stage minutes after former President Mahinda Rajapaksa arrived at the 'Joint Opposition' rally at Hyde Park, Colombo.

Gammanpila fell as he was approaching the podium to address the gathering.

However, he quickly stood up and commenced his speech.
